Each tang having 'V' notched rearsight and engraved together with the signed locks, hammers spur triggerguards and faceted butt caps with fine quality scroll foliage. Figured walnut half stocks carved with foliage at the forend and fluted grips. In their original close fitted mahogany case lined in green baize. The lid having brass escutcheon engraved with the letter 'M' surmounted by a ducal crown. Accessories include a Fine P.F.D.F.
